sell, share or rent this information.
Registration
In order to use certain sections of this website, you must create a My HomeLook™
Account. During registration, you will be required to give your contact
information (such as name and email address). This information is used to
contact you about the services on our site for which you have expressed
interest. It is optional for you to provide other information.
Security
This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. This
website does not collect sensitive information such as credit card numbers or
social security numbers. Even so, we protect the information collected both

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive containing information
about you. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, you would not have to

If you wish to subscribe to any notification service (such as those found in
the My HomeLook™ Account) we ask for contact information such as name and email
address.
Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time our site may request information from users via surveys or
contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary
and you may choose whether or not to disclose this information. Information
requested may include contact information (such as name and mailing address)
and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information
will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be
used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this
site.
Send to Friend
If you elect to use our Send to Friend service for informing a friend about a
property found on our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email
address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting them
to visit the site. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending
this one-time email. This information is not stored in our database.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If your personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip
code), we provide a way to correct, update or remove your personal data
provided to us. This can be done within the My HomeLook™ Account page, on the
Edit My HomeLook™ Account tab.
Choice/Opt-out
If you no longer wish to receive New Listing Notifications for your saved
searches, simply Edit you’re my HomeLook™ Account to where it says “I prefer to
receive new listings:” and select “I do not wish to receive notifications”
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post a notice of those
changes on our Homepage so you are always aware of what information we collect,
how we use it. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy
under which the information was collected. We are committed to protecting your
privacy and use the information we collect on the site to enhance your overall
